In childhood my grandmother often indulged with brushwood, and I simply adored. Having moved to live abroad, I was very happy to see in the store with a bag of chips. Although it was not the brushwood, to which I am accustomed, but I very quickly fell in love with. Prepared by one of the few recipes the very first time, and it was very tasty. If you have the time and desire, I advise you to try.

  • Margarine

    75 g

  • Cardamom

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl, there "crumble" with your fingers margarine. 2. Milk, eggs and cardamom stir and slowly add to the mixture with flour. 4. Fry in very hot fat (180°C) on both sides until Golden brown. If the fat is hot enough, it will fall into the dough and firewood work hard.
