Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Pineapple

    250 g

  • The sugar syrup

    0.75 cup

  • Carrots

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Powdered sugar

Whisk the egg.

Carrots grate on a grater.

Put the dough in a greased form. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about an hour, until crisp.
