Three Japanese sauce for a picnic
I want to offer three original sauce. This is more about lovers of Japanese cuisine, though, maybe others will like these options. These sauces are suitable for meat and fish and vegetables. In Japanese this recipe is called teppan taki. Teppan is a Board brazier in Japanese because they love to cook, when to eat, and eat when cooked. Just like us at the picnic.

Ingredients

  • Orange juice

  • Radishes

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Chives

  • Wasabi

    0.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

Cooking

For sauces, we will need these products.

Grind in a mortar the dry pod of pepper of Chile. Think you can take a pinch of ground hot peppers.

Sesame oil to warm and fry the chopped onion shallotte.

Enter the roasted sesame seeds and orange juice with the orange zest.

Add to the mixture along with the sugar. Heat the mixture until, as the oil begins to boil.

Mix the radishes and the pepper with the mixture that we received in the previous step. This will be the first sauce.

The second sauce is easier to prepare, but no less spicy taste. Take 3 tbsp light mayonnaise, 1\2 tsp wasabi, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. You can add 2 tablespoons sake or dry wine. Stir all until a homogeneous mass.

For the preparation of a third of the sauce take half of the lemon. Get it off of him the zest on a fine grater, squeeze the juice.
