Gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce
Gnocchi al Gorgonzola. Gnocchi is a simple Italian dumpling made of potatoes. But combined with that sauce they acquire a completely new scrumptious flavor. This is a traditional Italian dish creamy with a surprisingly creamy taste and subtle hints of spicy blue cheese. Very tasty and very quick if you already have gnocchi. I have previously posted a recipe for homemade gnocchi, I freeze them for future use. They immediately prepared and very delicate taste. Just what you need grey autumn evening - a mouth-watering warm small lumps from Italy, and in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Blue cheese

    150 g

  • Pepper white

  • Pasta

Here's a simple set of products you will need to cook this dish

Crumble or slice cheese

In a saucepan pour the cream, add cheese, ground white pepper and warm, stirring, over low heat until dissolved cheese.

In the resulting sauce add the frozen gnocchi.

Heat all together, stirring gently, until cooked gnocchi. In my case it takes 2-3 minutes.

Already in the plate from the top can be sprinkled with crumbs of blue cheese. It's all Prego!
