Cooking
First make the stuffing. Measure out the right amount of sugar and fill it in the pot. Place the skillet on the stove on low heat and make a caramel.
100 ml cream will lead to a boil and when the caramel is ready, add them to the skillet.
Thoroughly mix up and spilling over the cups, cool in the freezer. So it will be easier to work with stuffing.
The chocolate will break into small pieces.
The remaining cream, honey and butter bring to a boil. Fill with a mixture of chocolate and leave. A few minutes with a spatula knead until smooth.
Wafer grind, preferably by hand, using a rolling pin, but that they were too small. And add to chocolate.
In General, practice has shown that it's best to work with a slightly cooled mass. So put the chocolate (truffle) mass in the form lined with foil, smoothed out, and covered with a second layer of film, will give a little bit (!) cool. Now you can start the process of molding the candy.
Slightly cooled chocolate layer cut into slices, dobavim each caramel-creamy stuffing and wet hands form a ball. Dip them in cocoa.
