Kebab of salmon
Today we had a rest on the nature, the sea. It was a Sunny and warm day. Time for rest was not too much for two hours. So we decided to cook a fish kebab. Tasty and fast.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    735 g

  • Lemon juice

Last night sliced salmon 21 steak weighing 0.75 grams. Put in a pan and dressed with spices - black pepper, a mixture of five peppers, a little salt, sugar, herbes de Provence, olive oil and soy sauce.

Onion sliced in large rings, added a Bay leaf and squeezed a few drops of lemon juice.

Well mixed and put into the refrigerator.

And it is already marinated fish for barbecue.

On the shore travelling at the bricks arranged a barbecue and lit a small fire. Three skewers strung pieces of salmon for 15 - 20 minutes our barbecue was ready. The fish is very hearty and delicious. Eaten with boiled potatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives and herbs - lettuce, green onions, Basil and garlic.

Because salmon is very satisfying kebab we have a lot left. Photo of kebabs was doing home already. Vodka, of course, did not drink all my men trezveniki, well, unless I'm drunk, but to drink something I didn't have anyone. :-D Just Kidding. :-[ Vodka for the entourage. Drank kvass.
