Cooking
Beans put to boil in salted water. Onion cut into half rings, pepper strips. Put to fry in a small amount of oil. When the vegetables are almost ready, add to it the crushed garlic and finely chopped cilantro and tarragon. Stir, diminish the fire and continue to extinguish.
After 5 minutes add all the spices, stir. After another 5 minutes add walnuts, minced. Add vinegar, soy sauce and a couple tablespoons of water. Stir and leave to stew for another 5 minutes.
The beans are ready drain in a colander and rinse with cold water, drain off excess liquid. Trim the tails of the beans and chop it quite coarsely. Add the beans to the still hot vegetables from the pan. If necessary, add vegetable oil, mix the salad. Give it infuse for at least 30 minutes and enjoy the unique taste.
