Roast the pumpkin king
Very nice presentation of hot! Will decorate any holiday table, but the taste will not yield to any hot dish!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pineapple

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Mushrooms cut into thin plates.

Spread into the pan, add a dash of water and simmer on medium heat under the lid until all the liquid is evaporated. In the middle of the process add salt and pepper.

Fry under the lid on low heat until tender (about 25 minutes).

Pumpkin is good to wash, to dry out. To cut the cover.

Take out all the pulp from the pumpkin. To separate the seeds (we don't need them). The walls of the pumpkin should not remain too thin!

Pumpkin pulp grind in a blender or grate. Then fry in vegetable oil (about 15 minutes).

"Empty" pumpkin cover pumpkin cover and send bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (I baked it on the baking tray lined with foil).

In a separate bowl pour the fried meat, stewed mushrooms, roasted pumpkin pulp and pieces of pineapple. Then all this mix well.
