Sandwich with Apple and horseradish
The name itself intrigued me with its unusual combination of much controversy in the comments pushed to cook and fix things edible, this dish or not. It turned out that this sandwich is not only edible but also very delicious. Since the first cooking was done many times. And what's more convenient, it can be prepared at home and the picnic on the grill.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    1.5 tsp

Slices of bread fry on a dry pan or grill on both sides (you can of course add and a little oil, but I like so).

Sausage cut into thin slices and fry in a pan (grill) just 1-2 minutes on each side.

Apples peel, core and grate can be on a normal large, but prettier and better on a grater for cooking carrots in Korean. Fry the grated apples with a little oil. Apples should be softer, but not to lose shape. This process takes 2-3 minutes. At the picnic apples cut into plates, fry on the grill, and then chop.

The roasted apples add the grated horseradish. Here with caution, as its sharpness and strength from different manufacturers are different, so start with small amounts and gradually increase to any taste.

Collect a sandwich. On a slice of bread spread the sausage, and top Apple sucks :) the sauce. Decorate all with a slice of tomato. The sandwiches are delicious either warm or cold, but I prefer not to wait until they cool down.
