Quick rhubarb pie
Quick and easy cooking rhubarb pie. Eaten even faster.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1.1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Rhubarb

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

The stalks of rhubarb cut into thin slices.

Of 2 eggs, sugar, flour, yogurt and soda in a blender bring down a uniform batter.

Pour the dough on a baking pan covered with baking paper. On top lay the slices of rhubarb.

Put in preheated oven (220 C) for 20 minutes.

Of sour cream, 1 egg and sugar (2 tbsp) make the glaze, pour it cake, sprinkle with cinnamon and another 5 - 10 minutes put in the oven.

This has turned into pie!
