Cooking
The required ingredients. However, in the process came to mind some things, so something's missing.

Butter softened, beat with the sugar until white and lush consistency.
Add 4 egg yolks (the whites at this time are chilling in the fridge) and whisk. I used the mixer, medium speed.
Add the cooled chocolate, beat again.
Add vanilla, sifted flour mixed with soda, whisk.
Add the yogurt and whisk again.
Separately whisk chilled whites until resistant foam.
Lay out the parts of the whites into the batter and stir with a spoon or spatula from the bottom up, as if tucking the envelope carefully.
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with a little semolina. Divide the dough into three parts and bake three Korzh, in our already heated oven.
Obtained here are the biscuits, allow them to cool.
Make a glaze. Sour cream, sugar and cocoa mix and heated in a saucepan to a boil. Allow to simmer for a minute and remove from heat. Add small piece of butter and allow to cool.
Fry the nuts. Allow to cool a little and grind as we like, I personally don't like much to make it too small. It is advisable to get rid of the husk.
Whisk cream with sugar until thick. A little aside for coating the side surface of the cake. To the rest add the nuts and stir gently.
