Cajuzinhо (cajuzinho) - diminutive form of caju, i.e. cashews. These candies are very popular in Brazil. Despite the name, traditionally they are cooked with peanuts. I decided to depart from this tradition and cook them with the cashews.

Cooking
Mix in a saucepan the condensed milk, cocoa, butter and ground nuts. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring, until thick.
The finished mixture is put in a lightly oiled bowl. Let the mass cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1 hour. I want to note that after this time the mass of not very well formed in the candy, because it melted in his hands. I removed it for 20 minutes in the freezer.
Form from the mass of first balls and then shape into cone. When I formed the candy, I would put on the hands with butter. While I formed the candy is ready put it in the refrigerator.
In the wide part of the candy press cashews. Sprinkle candy cocoa. To store the candy you need in the fridge.
And it looks real cashews. The candy got its name because it is shaped like the nut.
