Dessert
When my sons were young, I often made this dessert "Strawberry". Then this recipe I was is much easier, cheese, waffles, beet juice and poppy seeds. Now I every berry wrapped in fondant and painted them with food coloring.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Waffles

    200 g

  • Glucose syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Mastic

    45 g

  • Sesame

Ingredients for strawberry - ricotta ( cottage cheese ), waffles.

Waffles grind in a blender and combine with ricotta. Add the glucose syrup ( or honey ). If you take the cheese to the strawberries, then it needs to be put in a sieve to drain liquid.

Billet wrapped in paste. ( I have mastic left over from a previous recipe and was enough for only nine units ).

Strawberries stored in the refrigerator is not desirable, if they are covered with mastic. After removing from the fridge, the fondant becomes sticky, adheres to the hands and the surface deteriorates. Strawberries need to be eaten in the same day when they did. And without refrigeration will spoil the cheese.
