This means that during any festival, there is a real chance to worry about the shape and health a little less, but the pleasure and satiety to get a bit more. For salad, we need 1 Cup of Golden gram sprouts. To prepare, you need to soak 0.5 Cup of beans, mash from "Mistral" for the night in a cold, damp filtered water. In the morning rinse and leave mash without water for germination. Then rinse 1-2 times a day until the sprouts will not hatch until 0.5 cm As a rule, it takes not more than 2 days. (Golden gram sprouts keep well in the fridge so you can cook them in advance).
Cabbage finely chop onions, cucumbers cut into cubes, onions and dill finely chopped.

The Chinese cabbage you can not be thrown away but placed in a container of water. Then, about a week/two, you can enjoy not only the new leaves of the cabbage but the cabbage flowers! Where else would this attraction can be seen?))) Especially the "trick" like kids. Although, I confess, for me it also looks like a miracle!
Then, too, it is fun and easy))) If you're going on a picnic – easy to fold prepared ingredients in a thick plastic bag. If preparing a salad to homemade meal – put all the ingredients into a deep bowl.
Add the soy sauce and oil. Mix gently. Someone will say that you need to add lemon juice... I will not Argue, but I suggest to try that – it turns out amazing, gentle and different. In the end, if you want, lemon juice can be added at any time. But, in my humble opinion, the flavor of this salad is finished and is beautiful just like this!
In principle, the salad is already possible to apply, but especially the beautiful feed, I recommend put the salad in a lovely transparent deep bowl and as a portion of cymbals to offer the colored halves, cleaned of seeds, sweet bell pepper, which also, incidentally, refers to the green non-starchy vegetables. (Or use for "plates" the upper leaves of Chinese cabbage – also beautiful, but the issue with washing dishes, anyway, is solved easier!)
