Cooking

step-0
First, cut a small tail corn with the side where the leaves are attached, and carefully searched them. Dirty and sick from throwing, the rest is put aside.
step-1
Purified of corn, grate or puree them in a blender. I Ter.
step-2
Onion cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
step-3
In grated corn add fried onions, 1-1,5 teaspoons of salt, a little pepper, seasoning and herbs. All mix well. You can add a spoonful of milk or cream.
step-4
Now start to make envelopes. To do this, take two pieces of corn that are deployed and put the cut part on top of each other (better to overlap the cm was 2 or 3 so as not disintegrated). Spread on the middle of the tablespoon of the filling and turn the envelope.
step-5
First, bend laterally, then the long corners. Holding the envelope, tied it with a strip of corn leaf.
step-6
I got 11 of such envelopes.
step-7
Drop them in boiling water with teaspoon salt and ground pepper. Cook on medium heat for about an hour.
step-8
Here they are turned out. Expand them and try a dish of Chilean cuisine. It tastes rather peculiar, unusual. There are better with vegetable salad and sour cream. Bon appetit! PS the Leaves, unfortunately, even after cooking inedible...
