Air omelet with wild rice and vegetables
Adding wild rice to the standard scrambled eggs, get a very rich and unique dish. Rice makes the omelet more substantial, slightly alters the texture and taste.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Pepper white

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Lettuce

  • Parsley
