Mix all the ingredients for the dough,add the poppy seeds,ginger.

Put our dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

The top of the cake decorate at your discretion,I just sprinkled with powdered sugar.Although, if you have time will look very beautiful with whipped cream and slices of fruit.
