Cooking
Washed cucumber to cut into sticks.
Cooked breast with 2 forks disassembled into thin fibers.
Mix for the filling:olive oil, brown sugar, pepper, Kikkoman soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar, garlic (squeeze through the press), chopped parsley.
In a bowl put the cucumber and chicken, pour dressing, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Egg, salt (to taste) and chopped parsley folded into a bowl and stir with a fork.
Pour a thin layer of this mixture on a heated, greased with a little oil pan. Fry pancakes with 2 sides until Golden brown. Let cool and cut into thin strips.
After time get a salad from the refrigerator, add the chopped pancake, stir.
On the plate put the washed and dried lettuce leaves, spread them on the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately on the table.
