Breakfast bread with raspberry jam
A great Breakfast! Hearty and delicious. Calories. But in the morning you can afford everything!

Ingredients

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese curd

    125 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    8 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Raspberry

Ingredients. Jam TM Mahe, you can use any. I took raspberry.

For this recipe cottage cheese I made from packs of frozen yogurt. Baguette need dried. Both harvested from the evening: a package of yogurt put out to thaw (from half-liter packs just get the right amount of cream cheese), baguette cut and left to dry directly on the Board.

In the morning proceed directly to the preparation. Place half the bread cubes in ramekin. You can use one large baking dish.

On top spread 1 tbsp of raspberry jam and cream cheese for each serving. Put the rest of the bread.

Mix the eggs and cream. Add cinnamon and vanilla. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add more sugar. I don't do that, we have enough sweets jam.

Pour the mixture into ramekin or in a baking dish. Send in the fridge for half an hour so that the bread slices are properly soaked fill. Baguette dried in order for it too not soaked.

Before baking spread the remaining jam and curd cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at T 190°C.

On top decorate with raspberries. I have frozen. Very very tasty!!! A wonderful Breakfast!!!
