Recipe if unexpected guests arrive. Cooked very quickly, and it turns out very tasty.
Ingredients

Butter
230 g

Yolk egg
2 piece

Powdered sugar
100 g

Flour
260 g

Vanilla
0.25 tsp

0.25 tsp

1 pack
Cooking
RUB the butter with the icing sugar. Add egg yolks, salt, vanilla. Mix well. Beat nothing.
Add the flour. Knead the dough. To do this either manually or at low speed food processor or mixer (the dough did not take the extra flour)
To give the cookies shape (I did syringe-press test).
In the center of the cookies to put jam "Mahe" strawberry...
... and jam "Mahe" cranberry. Bake in the oven at 200*C for 10-15 minutes.
