I offer a very simple and delicious recipe for "the lark", also no baking powder. You can cook together with the children, they love it. Try it ;)

Cooking
Nuts placed in a blender jar and grind.
Mix the flour, semolina (I have semolina), salt, chopped nuts.
Pour the oil and syrup, mix well.
Gradually add water (I added 2 tablespoons)
ATTENTION! Call kids! :) Divide the dough into lumps the size of an apricot. Each ball to roll a little sausage
1/4 of the write to "head", the rest to flatten, cut in half (for the "tail" and "wings")
Yet each cut into 3-4 strips.
Then the "wings" to fold up.
For "eye" cut the dried fruits into small pieces and push into the dough - okay and ready! :)
To stick all the "birds" and bake at 200*C for about 15 minutes.
Cool slightly, and serve.
