Cooking
Mussels in polenakovik defrosting, wash.
Separate mussels from shells.
Mussels to boil for 1-2 minutes after boiling. Shells to boil.
Return the mussels back in the shells.
Cream cheese mash with a fork.
Put the mixture of cheese with tobiko on mussels and send in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. You can also bake in a microwave oven.
Serve with lemon. Bon appetit!
