Salad
This salad appeared in our family for probably 20 years ago and he's the favorite. It loves my brother and my daughter. I already posted this salad, but it was blocked due to the inverted pictures. Besides, I got a lot of comments that this is not a classic Mimosa. It may not be a classic Mimosa, but with this name he came into our family, so it is called. A similar salad found the author Rusenica. But still took the risk again to upload my own version of pre-correcting the photo.

First, prepare all the ingredients. Take raw carrots, eggs boil. If you have a dish smaller than me, the number of ingredients can be reduced.
