This salad I tried recently at the Ukrainian restaurant, I really liked it and I played it today at home with my little changes. The salad is very tasty, highly recommend to try!:-)

Cooking
To start, chop the garlic, mix with butter, prisolit, add finely chopped onions, preferably red. Mix well, let stand for 10-15 minutes. In the original, the salad was dressed with unrefined sunflower oil, but I like the olive
Cucumbers cut into thin strips, I took the cucumbers, and the restaurant had salt, cut into half rings
Boil the lentils and drain excess liquid. Tell you a secret, I took Bonduelle canned lentils for this salad it is perfect!
Cut fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes in half. The original tomatoes were not, but they are much tastier!
Mix the lentils with cucumbers, oil, garlic and onions, fresh herbs and tomatoes. All, salad is ready!
