A light salad. Prepared quickly. Suitable as an appetizer before the main course.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    300 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Greens

Cucumber RUB on a coarse grater.

Daikon radish peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Grate on a coarse grater carrots.

Apples peel, core and grate on a coarse grater. Garlic skip through the press or RUB on a small grater.

Mayonnaise and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. You can decorate with greens (dill, parsley).
