You can call and pizza, and quiche and anything.... )))) Cake from curd cheese dough with a thin base, low, stuffed with different cheeses, smoked sausage and much more, in a fill. The very dough I really love how sweet and not sweet, it turns out very tasty.

Cooking
For the dough, cheese, milk, oil, good RUB, beat the egg and knead with a mixer until smooth.
Add the grated Parmesan, paprika, pepper, mix well.
Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder, knead the dough, wrap film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. The dough was quite easy and not very homogeneous through the cheese.
To make the filling. Onions chop and fry in butter or vegetable oil until Golden brown. Sausage cut into small pieces. Hard cheese (I had two kinds) cut into small cubes.
Adyghe cheese to grate on a coarse grater, add the chopped greens, squeeze the garlic, add the paprika, dried herbs and fried onions, mix well.
Form grease with oil. Roll the dough into a thin layer of 0.3-0.5 cm thick. Put the dough in shape, forming the sides. Prick with a fork.
On the dough spread the stuffing on top of Adyghe cheese.
Then spread sausage on top of cheese, diced.
To fill the eggs to scramble with salt, pepper, then add sour cream, stir until smooth and pour over pie.
