Quiche with spaghetti
Delicious, nutritious and unusual open pie filled with spaghetti, ham, pot and corn for delicate sour cream filling and cheese crust.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 pack

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Green peas

    120 g

  • Corn

    120 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil spaghetti as usual, rinse under cold water and drain in a colander.

Puff dough on the lined and greased form, to make high sides. Poke with a fork. Now spread boiled spaghetti.

For spaghetti and put the meat cut into strips.

On top of the peas and corn.

Now pour half (100 g) of grated cheese.

In a bowl whisk sour cream 3 eggs, salt and pepper. Pour this pie.

Tomatoes-cherry cut in half and put on top.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Send in the oven at 200 degrees and bake on the lower level 45-50 min.
