Decided to share with You well, very simple recipe. My kids were thrilled with these "kebabs". Toasted crispy bacon on puff pastry with greens... Simple, fast, delicious!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 pack

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Parsley

  • Green onions

Bacon cut into slices about 5 cm in length.

Puff pastry cut into rectangles the size of slices of bacon.

The piece of dough with a slice of bacon folded in half and strung on a wooden skewer. I got 5 skewers.

Bake "BBQ" you need, using the ends of skewers on the edges of the baking sheet (you can take both round and waves the pan). Importantly, the dough with the bacon on the bottom a little lay on the baking sheet, because if "barbecue" will be at the weight, the dough may "slide" from the skewer to the bottom of the pan. Baked "BBQ" for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 230-240 degrees.
