Honey cake with nuts
A very delicious cake for you and your guests.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Honey, sugar, eggs, bicarbonate of soda, stir with a spoon.

Add the oil and put in a water bath.

Mix well for 20 minutes Add 3 Cup. flour, stir and remove from steam.

On the table evenly spread 1 tbsp. of flour.

Cut the dough into 4 parts.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Sprinkle flour on the baking sheet. Put the dough in there. To cut the edges.

Bake separately until Golden brown. To give the cakes to cool.

Grind cutting cakes into crumbs for dusting the cake.

For the cream: mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.

Add the chopped nuts.

The cream is ready. Nothing if not very dense (it happens if the cream is not very oily).
