When I want something new, and "I don't know - what", it always "throws" to the extreme... this time in Japanese. I honestly don't know how well this compares Japan and her kitchen, because the recipe was taken from a Russian-language wall calendar, but the extreme has taken place!

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carnation

  • Curry

  • Honey

Meat cut into narrow slices. To make the sauce for the marinade: olive oil, soy sauce, juice of 0.5 lemon + honey (to taste), add cloves and curry to taste. Marinate 10-15 minutes
