Spatzle-Spаetzleteig
The noodles came from the German region of Baden-württemberg. Here it is the national dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cabbage Chinese

    200 g

  • Vinegar

Red mass: 100 g red beets (pickled), 1 small onion (fry), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 eggs, salt, pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon pine nuts, 1 piece chili, 1 tbsp of sour cream, 200 g of flour. All beat in a blender.

Green weight: 100 g spinach, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 200 g of flour. All beat in a blender.

White mass: 2 eggs, 200 g flour, salt, half teaspoon. Beat in a blender. Get tri-color weight for spatzle.

I used this with a potato masher. The dough was made as for pancakes, only slightly thicker. Posted this a press and squeezed into boiling salted water. Then threw in a colander.

Spatzle is such a noodle, which is prepared from a mushy dough, wipe using a special form (like a colander) directly into the boiling water. With plates by scraping with a knife into boiling water, but you can buy ready-made at the store. Mass, as I wrote, drop into boiling salted water.
