The composition of any of the batter includes flour, egg and any filler, as a rule, aromatic. Batter diluted in water (in the simplest case). But the most advanced chefs often use other liquids, such as beer, wine, vodka, cognac. In these cases, the choice is usually made in favor of combined with a filling beverage, or use some of the same drink which will be served with this dish. I want to offer You the batter with walnuts and cognac, because these ingredients are good for meat.

Liver wash, remove the membranes, cut into small cubes. Salt, pepper, add spices.

To prepare the batter. The consistency of the batter depends on Your desire. Liquid batter will give a thin crust shell, and a thicker batter - thick, and the dish will be already more like a pie. Egg, flour, brandy (vodka), walnuts mix thoroughly in a bowl. Add any (your favorite) spices.

Dip liver slices in batter and fry either in a deep fryer or in a frying pan.
