Here these mussels, I "caught" from the local supermarket! New Zealand mussels taste different from the far East. Seaside mussels for my taste, much tastier and more tender.
In a wide pot with water, bring to a boil, turn off the stove and drop our mussels in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Open the doors and leave "reed" mussels on one of them, put on baking tray.
The stuffing for the mussels. As small as you can cut the leeks and mushrooms. Fry in olive oil for 10 minutes, put on a plate and allow to cool.
To the cooled filling add 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
The filling is spread on mussels.
Fill with grated cheese and bake it in the oven until browned cheese. Before serving, sprinkle with greens! BON APPETIT!
