Another easy salad with an unusual combination of flavors. Very summery and refreshing.
Ingredients

Cucumber

Apple
-
Dutch cheese
-
Lemon juice
-
Sour cream
Cooking
Cucumber, Apple and cheese to take in equal proportions (and then adjust to your taste). All cut into cubes. Cucumber.
Apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cheese.
Add salt, mix, fill with sour cream.
Spread on lettuce. Bon appetit!
