Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    4 handful

  • Sprouts

    1 handful

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Cooking

Beets grate and mix with 1 tbsp olive oil that the beets were not stained with the remaining ingredients. Use beets raw. The only way it is possible to preserve all vitamins and minerals.

Radishes and carrots grate and add to the beets.

Broccoli finely chop and add to salad. Then add the sprouts.

Make the dressing. Mix olive oil, pepper, soy sauce and honey.
