Description
Very bright vitamin salad. I recommend to try, if You don't like arugula, you can substitute any other lettuce or a mixture of salads. The taste of the salad is amazing here and the pleasant bitterness of arugula, which neutralizes taste couscous, raw beets and carrots, complemented by a juicy orange. Such a wonderful salad turned out, and how many vitamins!
