Plum cake with mascarpone
Offer to cook a home-made cake with plums. It is easy to prepare. Cake is incredibly soft and creamy, with a slight aroma of peanuts. The magnificent softness and tenderness gives the cake whipped mascarpone, but the plum adds a pleasant sour note.

Cooking
