Quick peach pie
Gentle, quick and very easy pie – thing for fans to get to Breakfast a piece of fresh pie with a Cup of coffee or tea!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Granulated sugar

    1 handful

  • Almonds

    1 handful

It's very simple and easy. In a bowl pour the "Snow", beat the egg and pour the sifted with soda flour. Flakes grind in the palms and add to the bowl. If the oven on yogurt or fermented baked milk, add sugar, from half to a whole Cup depending on your favorite degree of sweetness. Quickly stir with a whisk to merge ingredients. If small lumps remain – not scary, disperse. But if it is too hard to stir the batter, the cake will be rubbery.

Pour cake into prepared pan and spread on top of sliced peaches. Fruits can be anything, but more dense and heavy need to cut it thinner, so that the slices of fruit drowned in a gentle watery test, and only slightly immersed in it. Sprinkle the top of the pie crystalline brown sugar and almond petals. Bake in pre-heated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes – until Golden color, the lagging edges and a dry splinter.

The finished cake is tender, it should be cool to slightly warm. Then put on a rack and cool completely. You can serve the cake warm.
