A great pie for fasting, and more! Juicy flavorful baked goods with a light nutty flavor and raisin sour!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    20 g

  • Raisins

    20 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

Carrot three on a small grater.

To the carrots add the vanilla sugar, sugar, chopped almonds, raisins.

Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna"

Add flour, baking powder and breadcrumbs, stir.

Spread the batter in the pan, the laid parchment paper. Put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
