Pumpkin cleaned, cut,
spread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of water.
The baking pan tightly cover with foil and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Nuts to chop, mix with melted butter and sugar. According to the recipe here and also add honey, but in my family it is not all possible. So I slightly changed the recipe, added honey to the walnut mass.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven and put it on the nut mixture. And then I poured honey on top of half the slices, why previously explained. Return to the oven, without covering with foil, for another 15 minutes.
