This casserole I cook primarily for your child, but mom and dad great pleasure to help him eat it. It turns out a very delicate flavor. It is soft, juicy and unusual (I like orange "beads on a background of meat"). You can eat both hot and cold. The dish is simple to prepare. Tasty and healthy... and cheap. Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Sundried tomatoes

Prepare the required products

Pumpkin, onion mince. Add the minced meat, eggs, semolina, milk, salt and pepper.

All thoroughly mixed, so that the meat becomes homogeneous, then put in the fridge for 1 hour so that the mixture thickens

In the form (or pan) put the meat without the breading and bake for 30-40 minutes at 200*C
