Cooking
The dough for convenience, I make in the breadmaker. Take the yeast cake from the "SAF-moment", put into the breadmaker bucket, pour warm water, put sugar, stir slightly.

For convenience, divide the dough in half and roll out in rectangular layer thickness of about 7 mm, the lubricated layer of softened butter.
Put a layer of dough three times.
Again roll out, grease with butter again and fold three times, repeating the procedure three times.
In the end, have a layer of dough folded three times, put it on 30 minutes in the freezer.
Cut chilled dough into pieces measuring approximately 3 by 3 cm of this amount, the test I got 20 pieces.
Put pieces of dough in the form for cupcakes with cuffs. Allow the rolls to approach 20 minutes, put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes until it will turn brown.
Prepare the glaze. In powdered sugar, put the grated orange zest and orange juice, mix everything thoroughly.
