Quiche with Adyghe cheese and tomatoes

You need to prepare the dough-based: in the softened butter add the egg, salt and sifted flour.

Quickly knead the dough (long kneading is not necessary) and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Distribute the dough with your hands to get the sides (I have a cake pan the size of 25/13/6, you can use a round shape d18 cm ) the middle of the form to lay a parchment paper so that the edges hanging down and we would be easier to get the quiche out of shape).
