Cooking
Beat eggs to a froth with sugar and vanilla. Add the butter and condensed milk. Blend again until smooth.
Add baking powder and flour. Beat with a mixer, but not for long that the batter remains airy. In the mold spread half the dough in the center of the pushed sun-dried lime. You can use your favorite dried fruit ( prunes, apricots, dates), or any candied fruit ( pineapple, kumquat, figs, etc.). To put the cupcakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 min.
