Muffins with sausage
As You know-in my microsilica love sausage. :) These muffins are a great alternative snack to biscuits. Curd gives a very interesting and slightly moist texture. Perfect to give with a snack on the kiddies in school. Good hot, and if you survive, then cold! :) Was very surprised that such a recipe is on the website, at least I have not found. If you missed-I promise to remove.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add the egg, milk and vegetable oil. Salt-pepper very carefully, because the cheese and sausage are themselves quite salty. There also garlic powder, if you like. Mix thoroughly.
step-1
Sausage cut into very small cubes. I say disposed of 2 types of sausage from the fridge: a piece of Krakow and a little bit of cooked. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Do not RUB on large, small will be better! :) Add in cottage cheese and again stir thoroughly.
step-2
Add flour and baking powder. The resulting test mass. If You feel that it is too dry, add a couple tablespoons of milk.
step-3
Roll balls and put into molds two-thirds full. I took the paper to the cupcakes. From such a number of products I got 23 of the muffin. Put into the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Keep an eye on. Ovens are all different!!
step-4
Take out, allow to cool a little. CAN'T TOUCH THIS! Eats with cold milk, tea or coffee!
