Description
The hardest part of this dessert - just cut in 2 parts coconut. I did it with the help of simple effort and manual jig saw. However, if only a hammer and chisel, you can buy a cream in the usual glasses. But you must admit, the coconut is much more effective. The competition Gorenje: "Christmas song".

Cooking
Coconut pulp grind in a blender. You will need 70-80 grams of pulp. In principle you can use chips, but the fresh pulp is fragrant.
To the milk add the shredded flesh of the coconut, bring to boil, leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Beat the yolks with sugar (70 g), slowly add the flour while whisking. Put on the fire pan, pour in the hot milk coconut (to preheat it). Boil the cream on low heat until thick. Remove from heat, cool.
In a pan melt the butter with 20 g of sugar, put the raspberries, pour the cognac and ignite. When the fire goes out, remove from heat.
At the bottom of the coconut, put a couple tablespoons of raspberry flambe, sprinkle coconut cream, decorate with raspberries. Mmm..
