Vanilla-honey balls
Very simple biscuits (I had somewhere to use the remaining yolks)...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.66 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

It's simple: beat soft margarine, egg yolks, vanilla and honey. Add the flour and baking powder (photo - baking powder-cream of Tartar; I think you can do the usual), and knead a dough. The bun cover on top of the Cup and leave on the table for about 30 minutes.

Turn on the oven at 200*With the dough make balls the size of a walnut (I got 45 stuff), bake for 10 minutes at 200*C.

All! The finished balls have a little crack on top and have a Golden color.
