Homemade lemonade with mint
Very tasty and healthy lemonade, which will satisfy taste of the most fastidious lover of refreshing drinks that perfectly quench your thirst on a hot day, strengthen your immune system and lift your spirits! Moreover, this lemonade is easy to prepare and very budget! Our whole family is in awe of him, I strongly advise you to try it!

Lemons a good wash. (Photo 3 lemons, but the recipe is best 2 lemons per 3 liters of water. Someone takes in the proportions of 1 lemon in 1 litre of water, but in this case, the lemonade is more sour). Mint rinse in a colander in cold water.

To remove the zest from the lemons very thin layer, it is important not to get the white rind because it adds bitterness! Do this with a peeler if it is not, then you can scrape off the zest with a knife.

In boiling water, put the zest, lemon pulp, sugar and mint. Cook for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat. Allow to cool. Advice on how to preserve the freshness and favor of mint in the fridge: sprigs of mint wrapped in a damp towel, put in a plastic bag in the fridge. Don't know how much is possible in this way to keep the mint at the time as much as possible, I kept 2 weeks. The result is excellent: during this time, the mint has maintained its freshness and flavor, as if just from the Bush.
