Cooking
Cook popcorn according to instructions.
Now proceed to the caramel. In a saucepan combine the sugar, water and lim. juice (do not stir!!!). Put on the stove stirring occasionally, until amber in colour.
When the mixture becomes amber in color, add vanilla and butter, stir and remove from heat.
Add soda, stir. Now mix the popcorn with caramel (you need to do it very quickly). And here is our caramel popcorn is ready!
