Cooking
Remove the orange zest and squeezing the juice.
In a bowl mix eggs, olive oil, sugar (pour 1 Cup. without sugar 2 tbsp - we need for dusting cake pan), and orange juice. Mix everything.
Add the two kinds of flour - wheat and corn, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder (wheat flour it took me 1 stack. + 1 heaped tablespoon). Stir until smooth. The dough should be like thick cream.
Add orange zest and stir again.
Cake pan cover with parchment paper for baking, spread the batter and sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar we had left. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until cooked (check with a wooden stick and orientirueshsya on delicious tanned crust). The finished cake out of the oven and leave to cool completely. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar, sprinkle with icing or decorate as You like :-)
